Introducing the ZFR 75 INERT, an ATEX explosion-proof industrial vacuum cleaner designed for additive manufacturing and handling explosive and conductive dusts. Equipped with a powerful and silent side channel blower motor, it features high filtration efficiency and an inert liquid bath system for safe discharge of hazardous materials. With a removable container for easy disposal and options like an Absolute HEPA filter and stainless steel chamber, this vacuum ensures efficient and safe cleaning in challenging industrial environments. Additional features such as earth grounding and remote control enhance its usability, making it a reliable solution for fine and hazardous dust suction needs.

The suction unit is a side channel blower, with direct coupling between the motor and the impeller fan. It designed without any transmission system, and is therefore silent, totally maintenance free and suitable for continuous duty operations.

It is possible to clean the filter using an integrated mechanical system: an external lever shakes the filter vertically and enables to clean the filter thoroughly and safely, maintaining constant suction performance and preventing any dispersion of dust in the environment.

The vacuum is assembled onto a sturdy steel chassis, and provided with industrial quality wheels , that make it suitable for mobile service even when used on rough surfaces. Thanks to a discharge valve, it is possible to easily and safely empty the container. The container is designed for an inertizing oil bath (oil not included with the vacuum cleaner) that prevents explosions due to the presence of flammable dust such as aluminum or titanium. The inertizing liquid must be chosen based on the dust to be aspirated. The container includes a stainless steel deflector, a PPL filter to separate the dust and allow the oil reuse, and 3 filtration layers for oily mists. An overpressure valve prevents the risk of explosive atmospheres forming inside the container. The vacuum cleaner is built on a sturdy steel structure and equipped with robust industrial wheels, allowing easy movement even when used on uneven surfaces.
