Delfin TC 400 IF - Industrial Vacuum Cleaner

The TC400 IF is a three-phase turbine vacuum cleaner with a large liquid collection capacity, designed to make extracting and separating chips and lubricating oils in tanks and reservoirs easier, particularly in heavy and continuous applications. The vacuum cleaner can recover and filter up to 400 litres of oil mixed with metal chips, and features an automatic stop for when the container is full. The filtered oils can be drained quickly using a system of reversed airflow (150 l/min) or (optionally) via a separate pump (300 l/min), while the chips are discharged using a tilting hopper with reduction gear.

Introducing the TC 400 IF Industrial Vacuum Cleaner, designed for oil, chip, and debris extraction in industrial settings like cement, ceramics, and pottery industries. With a powerful yet silent side channel blower motor, maintenance-free steel construction, and features like a vacuum gauge and PPL filter for efficient chip separation, it ensures seamless operation. Offering a 400V voltage, 4kW power, and a max water lift of 3200mmH₂O, it guarantees reliable performance. The 3D SuperWeb filter with polypropylene media ensures thorough filtration at 20μm, while the 400-liter liquid and 50-liter solid capacity collection unit with discharge system and floating device ensures easy maintenance. Optional features like the PPL oil filtration kit and electrical discharge pump enhance its versatility, making it an indispensable tool for industrial cleaning tasks.

The suction unit is a side channel blower, with direct coupling between the motor and the impeller fan. It designed without any transmission system, and is therefore silent, totally maintenance free and suitable for continuous duty operations.

A propylene filter for liquids is installed upstream. This filter guarantees the efficient filtration of the vacuumed oil; an additional plastic foam filter prevents most of the liquid mist from getting to the motor. A metal sieve grid withholds the solid material, while the clean oil goes into the liquids container.

The solid material (chips, metal scraps and fillings) sets down an hopper- which is placed upon a collection tank- and then stopped inside a metal grid. A practical reducer allows to tilt the hopper and to easily discharge the solid material, whereas the clean liquid sets down in the underlying tank. The hopper includes a sieve grid which separates solids and liquids, whereas the container for liquids includes a hose and a discharge valve. Thanks to the reverse flow system, the hose and the discharge valve allow to insert the filtred liquid again in the system.
