Brief Description: The DM40 OIL is the most compact vacuum cleaner in the Tecnoil line, created for extracting and recycling liquids, oils and emulsions from CNC machine tools, also when mixed with dust or mud. A sieve grid basket separates the vacuumed chips from the liquid. Once filtered, the liquid collects in the 100 litre container below. A drainage valve makes it is easy to discharge and re-insert the oil back into the machine, while the metal chips can be easily disposed of. Liquid level indicator and integrated float to protect the motors .

Suction Unit Overview The suction is provided by three by-pass motors, using carbon brushes, operated by
independent switches and placed inside a sturdy steel casing, filled with soundproofing
material. |
Filter Unit Overview A floating device stops the suction whenever the liquid in the container reaches the
maximum level and prevents overflowing.
The suction inlet is tangential, with an internally welded cyclone that deflects the incoming
material.
The polyester bag filter, placed inside the filtering chamber, guarantees a wide filtering
surface and high resistance to dust passage and clogging. |
Collection Unit Overview The vacuum cleaner is mounted on a solid steel trolley, provided with a support for hoses
when not used, and equipped with oil proof wheels and braking castors.
The container is compact and contains the sieve grid which retains the solid part. |
