DG HD PN industrial vacuum cleaners are the perfect solution for sucking up enormous quantities of dry dust. The PN cleaning system consists of high surface area filter cartridges which are automatically and systematically cleaned by a reverse pulse filter cleaning system, thus eliminating the risk of build-up in the cartridge filters installed.

Introducing the DG 200 PN Industrial Three Phase Vacuum Cleaner, meticulously crafted for heavy-duty operations across diverse industries including cement, construction, electronics, rubber, and packaging. This powerhouse boasts an 18.5 kW side channel blower motor, delivering a max water lift of 4400 mmH₂O and an impressive air flow of 1350 m³/h through its 120 mm suction inlet. Its robust steel construction ensures durability while maintaining a noise level of 77 dB(A). Equipped with an automatic filter cleaning system and a 220-liter capacity collection unit, this vacuum cleaner offers seamless operation with minimal downtime. Featuring advanced features such as a pressure relief valve for motor protection, vacuum gauge for filter monitoring, and hour meter for maintenance scheduling, the DG 200 PN sets a new standard for efficiency and reliability in industrial cleaning equipment. Optional upgrades including HEPA filtration, stainless steel components, and remote control further enhance its versatility to meet specific operational needs.

The suction unit is a side channel blower, with direct coupling between the motor and the impeller fan. It designed without any transmission system, and is therefore silent, totally maintenance free and suitable for continuous duty operations. A pressure relief valve protects the motor, providing additional air for cooling.

A vacuum gauge enables to check constantly the state of the filter and detect possible clogging, warning the operator that the filter must be cleaned. The suction inlet is tangential, with an internally welded cyclone that deflects the incoming material. The polyester cartridges inside the filter chamber guarantee large filter surface and prevent filter clogging. Cartridges are automatically cleaned by a pneumatic reverse pulse cleaning system.The system is automatic, timed and adjustable. A compressor can be installed (on demand) on the back frame to guarantee the required air supply.

The vacuumed material sets down into the container equipped with castors. Thanks to the safe and complete frontal discharge it's easy to empty the container without get in contact with dirt. The industrial vacuum is mounted on a robust epoxy painted chassis, with polyurethane castors and forklift intakes.
