Description: Introducing the 302 Torch Industrial Single Phase Vacuum Cleaner, designed for versatile applications in building and construction, electronics, and optics industries. This compact and mobile unit boasts a robust suction system with a 2.3 kW motor, capable of delivering a maximum air flow of 360 m³/h and a water lift of 2500 mmH₂O. Its easy filter replacement mechanism, featuring a prefilter spark trap and cartridge filter with a surface area of 7500 cm², ensures efficient dust capture. The unit's collection tank, made of detachable AISI 304 steel, holds up to 13 liters and offers quick disposal. Additionally, optional features include an articulated arm for accessing restricted areas and an Absolute HEPA Filter/H14 for enhanced air purification. Suction Unit Overview The suction is provided by a by-pass motor, using carbon brushes. The motor can be
switched on by using the specific switch, or by a sensor detecting the electric current inside
the welding apparatus power cable. The motor is placed inside a sturdy steel casing filled
with soundproofing material. |
Filter Unit Overview It is possible to clean the filter using the Dustop, an integrated reverse pulse system: by
closing the suction inlet and opening a flap in the filter chamber, the airflow generated by
the motor cleans the filter thoroughly and safely, maintaining constant suction
performance and preventing any dispersion of dust in the environment. |
Collection Unit Overview The detachable AISI 304 steel collection tank has a quick release system for the rapid
disposal of the vacuumed material. |
