The DM3 CLEAR-AUT vacuum cleaner is designed for direct suction of fine dust from machinery and tools to protect operators and the environment. Its dual cartridge filters efficiently trap even the finest dust particles, while a continuous vibration system prevents clogging. The CLEAR-AUT system maintains suction efficiency through manual or automatic filter cleaning cycles. With three sequential motors to prevent power surges and a sturdy steel frame with adjustable height for easy transport, it's an ideal solution for industrial settings.

Introducing the DM3 EL LP CLEAR AUT industrial vacuum cleaner, built for the ceramics, pottery, and surface preparation industries. With three powerful bypass motors providing sequential startup to prevent power surges, it offers a maximum water lift of 2,500 mmH₂O and an airflow of 540 m³/h. Equipped with the largest surface filter in its category, featuring two 30,000 cm² cartridge filters with automatic cleaning, it ensures continuous operation with efficiency. The integrated Endless Bag collection system allows safe disposal of vacuumed materials, while its compact, mobile design with adjustable height facilitates transportation. Optional Absolute HEPA filter ensures enhanced air quality, making it an indispensable tool for industrial cleaning tasks.

The vacuum unit is equipped with three Bypass motors that start sequentially once the power button is pressed, to avoid sudden current peaks.

The filter unit consists of two elliptical cartridge filters. The filtering efficiency is ensured by an automatic and continuous cleaning system that uses vibration to prevent dust from sticking to the cartridge. Continuous vibration cleaning is activated when the vacuum cleaner is switched on and remains in place throughout use. The operator can ensure an extra filter cleaning cycle by means of the manual DUSTOP system, or by means of a dedicated vibration in the absence of suction that shuts down the motors for 12 seconds, which can be activated by means of the special button on the head. It is possible to clean the filter using the Dustop, an integrated reverse pulse system: by closing the suction inlet and opening a flap in the filter chamber, the airflow generated by the motor cleans the filter thoroughly and safely, maintaining constant suction performance and preventing any dispersion of dust in the environment.

The vacuumed material is discharged inside a 20 mt Endless Bag; when the extremity of the bag is full, the operator can seal and dispose that part of the bag in total security, without coming in contact with dusts and spreading them in the environment.
